Are your essential oils 100% pure and natural?
Yes, all Tisserand Aromatherapy essential oils are 100% pure, natural, and of the highest quality. We source our oils from around the world and conduct rigorous testing to ensure they meet our strict standards for purity and therapeutic efficacy.
Can I use your essential oils directly on my skin?
Most essential oils should not be applied directly to the skin undiluted. We recommend diluting them in a carrier oil, such as jojoba or sweet almond oil, or using our pre-blended Roller Balls which are specifically formulated for safe topical application.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the UK. International delivery times vary by location but generally take between 7-14 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
What is your return policy?
