Return Process

  Contact our customer care team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique return authorization code.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack the unused products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include your authorization slip.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Send your parcel using a tracked shipping service to our returns center; please keep your postage receipt until your refund is processed.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
